The purpose of this sub-programme is to engage and support communities on priorities identified.

The key focus is on engaging rural communities on their needs and to find appropriate mechanism to address the identifying needs, inclusive of supporting interventions focused on youth, agri workers and capacity building to improve the socio-economic conditions of the agricultural community.
