Total rainfall for January 2008 in the Western Cape is mostly below 40 mm with the exception of area in the vicinity of George and north-eastern Central Karoo.
January 2008 compared with long-term
Monthly rainfall for January 2008 was below normal for the Eden, most parts of the Boland and Central Karoo, while the other districts received near normal to above normal rainfall.
