The aim of the Pest monitor web page is to supply timely information about the activities of problem insects in the agricultural areas of the Western Cape. We hope that the information will be useful and that it will contribute to intelligent pest management decision-making processes.
The information is gathered at various localities in the Western Cape. These localities have been established as part of another project that deals with problems concerning pest control in the Western Cape. Funding for this project is supplied by the Department of Agriculture: Western Cape.
