Over the last week the gross system storage dropped from 654 to 625 million m3 (69.4%).  Rainfall was patchy with 5 and 8 mm falling at the Steenbras and Wemmershoek Dams with none at the other major Western Cape dams.  In the coming week there is a slight chance of showers in areas such as Grabouw and Robertson on Saturday (3th April).  According to the Norwegian Meteorological Institute further rainfall is possible on Wednesday/Thursday next week (7/8th April).
