High Profile visit to CIAT - 21 April 2009
The Cape Institute for Agricultural Training (CIAT) was honored by a visit of the Mr Ulrich Adam (Member of the German Parliament), his wife and Mr Marco Schmitt, representing the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Cape Town.Ę Mr Adam showed great interest in agricultural training and was informed about CIATŐs role in agricultural education and training on a provincial and national level. Extensive discussions on the recent visit of Mr Paulse (CD: SAT) to Germany took place and possible future co-operation between Germany and the Western Cape was discussed. The parties agreed that follow-up discussions should take place.
